The top league, Nigerian Airline Arik Air, known for its steady and speedy progress is the quickest ticket to Lagos. The airline offers direct flights to Lagos and Abuja, the Nigerian Capital alongside other African destinations.
Arik Air has stated in its latest Press release that it is planning to change its summer schedule for the inbound flight from Lagos to Heathrow, flight number W3 101, starting from the end of March. This is great news because the new time of approx. 12:00 – 18:30 will enable many new connections through Lagos and increase African continent’s connectivity and easy access.
The airline explained its well scheduled times by saying that there will be connections with its existing routes and there will be new routes throughout West Africa over the coming months. Hence, the new timings by Arik will have much longer run benefits than only convenience of flight.
As per the new schedule, there will be flights arriving into Lagos in the morning that will connect onwards with the Lagos – Heathrow flight and, of course, as you know the flight Heathrow – Lagos gets in early in the morning so connections are possible on the outbound as well. The airline further stated that at present, it is analyzing and looking at its routes to determine which flight will connect well.
